- 37.5 hours per week / 41 weeks per year 0.85 FTE
- 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality reception and administrative support to students, families, staff and the wider community of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (OLSH) College. This position is also responsible for providing support to the OLSH College Finance team. The successful applicant will work as a member of a high performing team.

- 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- 45 weeks per year, 0.93 FTE

The Finance Officer works as part of the Finance Team, providing financial and administrative support to staff, students, families and the community. They are responsible for the accounts receivable function across the College which includes managing family and sundry Accounts Receivable and ensuring finances are well managed and maintained in an effective, accurate and up to date manner.

Education Support Officer (ESO) - Canteen and Uniform Shop Manager
- ESO Grade 2 - Fixed Term / Contract

- Commencing: 20 January 2025 to 11 April 2025
The Canteen and Uniform Manager is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the school canteen and uniform shop.

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College staff is made up of approximately 70 staff both in teaching and non-teaching roles.
